I have worked with startups across different countries and industries, and I have seen the same pattern everywhere: fast growth creates complexity, and founders need clarity to keep moving forward. My background as both an accountant and a teacher means I naturally break down complex situations into practical, easy-to-understand steps โ so founders feel empowered, not overwhelmed.
I am also a high achiever and an activator at heart. I thrive on turning ideas into action and building systems that work in real life. Over the years, I have supported founders through fundraising rounds, financial modelling, and designing finance systems that scale as fast as their companies do. That experience taught me something important: when finance becomes a tool for decision-making rather than a constant source of stress, it changes everything โ and that is what I bring to every founder I work with today.
